Clause 01
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, “account” means the personal gaming profile registered by an eligible user; “player” or “you” means the individual using funcity33; “platform,” “we,” or “us” means the funcity33 website and related services; “funds” means cleared money held in a player balance; “bonus funds” means promotional credit subject to additional rules; and “wager” means a stake placed on a casino game or sports market.
References to MYR and RM mean Malaysian Ringgit. References to payment methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin, and USDT where those options are available to the individual player.
Clause 02
Account Eligibility and Age Requirement
You may register with funcity33 only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and are permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local requirements before accessing funcity33 from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other location.
Each person may maintain only one funcity33 account unless written approval has been provided. Accounts may not be opened or operated for another person. The information supplied during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. funcity33 may decline a registration, restrict services, or request further evidence of eligibility at its reasonable discretion.
Clause 03
Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your username, password, device, and any authentication credentials connected to funcity33. Do not disclose login details to family members, friends, agents, or third parties. Activity completed through a correctly authenticated account may be treated as activity authorised by the registered player unless funcity33 has been notified of suspected compromise.
If you notice an unfamiliar login, deposit, withdrawal request, or wager, contact funcity33 support promptly and change your password. We may temporarily restrict the account while the matter is reviewed. funcity33 will never ask you to disclose your full password through unsecured chat or email.
Clause 04
Identity Verification and KYC
funcity33 may conduct Know Your Customer, age, payment ownership, source-of-funds, anti-fraud, and security checks. You may be asked to provide a valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence, passport, recent proof of address, payment evidence, or a selfie holding the identification document. Documents must be genuine, legible, current, and submitted through the secure channel specified by funcity33.
Verification is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours, although complex reviews may take longer. funcity33 may delay a withdrawal or restrict account functions until required checks are complete. Submitting altered, false, borrowed, or misleading documents is a material breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
Clause 05
Deposits and Payment Methods
Deposits must be made from a payment account or e-wallet held in the same name as the registered funcity33 player. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned. Available limits, processing times, and payment methods are displayed before a transaction is confirmed and may differ by method, account status, or operational availability.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong transactions are generally recorded in MYR. A payment provider may impose its own limits or charges. funcity33 is not responsible for exchange rates, blockchain fees, bank maintenance periods, or charges imposed independently by a provider.
Deposited funds are intended for legitimate gaming activity. funcity33 is not a bank or money-transfer service. Deposits followed by withdrawal requests with little or no genuine play may be reviewed, returned to the original source, or subject to reasonable verification requirements.
Clause 06
Withdrawals and Payout Reviews
Withdrawals are subject to sufficient cleared balance, completed KYC where required, satisfied wagering conditions, correct recipient details, applicable limits, and an account in good standing. Wherever practical, funcity33 will return funds through the same payment method used for deposit. Alternative methods may require additional ownership checks.
E-wallet payouts may be processed more quickly than bank transfers, but quoted times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of bank maintenance, incorrect information, compliance reviews, public holidays, payment-network interruptions, or high transaction volume. Players must review Touch 'n Go eWallet and bank details carefully before confirming a request.
funcity33 may cancel and re-credit an unsuccessful withdrawal. We will not intentionally withhold valid winnings, but we may pause payment where there is evidence of fraud, prohibited conduct, duplicate accounts, disputed ownership, chargeback activity, or an unresolved breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Clause 07
Bonuses, Cashback and Promotions
funcity33 promotions are optional and may be limited by eligibility criteria, claim periods, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum qualifying bets, withdrawal caps, and expiry periods. A promotion must be used in accordance with the rules shown when it is claimed.
For example, a 15x wagering requirement on an RM100 bonus requires RM1,500 in eligible wagers before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Slots may contribute differently from Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, sports bets, or live casino games. A maximum bet may also apply while bonus funds remain active.
Bonus abuse includes coordinated play, opposite betting, deliberately low-risk wagering intended only to clear rollover, multiple-account claims, identity sharing, and exploitation of technical errors. funcity33 may remove an improperly obtained bonus and associated winnings after a fair review. A player who does not understand an offer should check the applicable terms before accepting it.
Clause 08
Casino Games and Sports Betting Rules
Casino outcomes are determined according to the rules and systems applicable to each game. Sports wagers on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, badminton, or other markets are settled using the result and settlement rules displayed for that market. Odds may change before a wager is accepted. A wager becomes valid only when funcity33 records and confirms it.
Obvious pricing errors, incorrect event information, duplicated markets, technical malfunctions, or settlements based on materially incorrect results may be corrected. Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, the market-specific settlement rules apply. Players should review selections, odds, stake amounts, and Mix Parlay combinations before confirmation because valid wagers generally cannot be changed afterwards.
funcity33 does not promise that any strategy, RTP figure, betting tip, or past outcome will produce future winnings. Every wager carries risk. The player is responsible for deciding whether a stake is affordable and suitable.
Clause 09
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use funcity33 for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, collusion, account trading, payment abuse, automated betting, bonus manipulation, unauthorised commercial activity, or attempts to interfere with platform security. You must not reverse engineer the service, exploit a software defect, introduce malicious code, or use tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
Chargebacks made dishonestly, use of stolen payment methods, false KYC information, and deliberate concealment of multiple accounts are prohibited. funcity33 may investigate unusual behaviour, preserve relevant records, void affected transactions where justified, and cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities when legally required.
Clause 10
Responsible Gambling and Player Protection
funcity33 is intended for entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. You should set an affordable budget, monitor time spent playing, avoid chasing losses, and never borrow money to gamble. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options are available to support safer play.
A request for self-exclusion will be handled according to the selected period and applicable policy. You must not attempt to bypass a restriction by opening another funcity33 account. Clause 11
Platform Availability and Technical Events
funcity33 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, internet disruption, mobile-network issues, payment-provider outages, game-studio downtime, cyber incidents, or events outside reasonable control may affect the service.
If a game disconnects, the result recorded by the relevant game system will normally determine settlement. If a wager was not accepted or no valid result exists, the stake may be returned. funcity33 will review credible reports of technical errors and apply a reasonable remedy consistent with the recorded transaction data.
Clause 12
Intellectual Property
The funcity33 name, logo, site design, text, graphics, interfaces, software elements, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any funcity33 content or technology to the player.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected material without prior written permission. Rights in third-party game content remain with the relevant rights holders.
Clause 13
Risk, Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of losing money. funcity33 is not responsible for losses resulting from valid wagers, poor internet connectivity, failure to secure account credentials, inaccurate recipient details supplied by the player, or decisions made in reliance on general gaming information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, funcity33 excludes indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Clause 14
Account Suspension and Closure
You may request account closure through funcity33 customer support. Before closure, valid cleared funds may be withdrawn subject to verification and any unresolved transaction review. A closed account may remain recorded where retention is required for security, legal, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes.
funcity33 may suspend, restrict, or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, underage use, duplicate registration, abusive conduct, failed verification, security risk, or legal necessity. Where reasonably possible, the player will be informed of the decision and the status of legitimate remaining funds.
Clause 15
Changes to These Terms
funcity33 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal requirements, payment changes, security improvements, new features, promotional rules, or operational updates. The revised version will show an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform.
Continued use of funcity33 after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure after resolving any open wagers and balance matters.

Questions, Complaints and Contact
If you have a question about these terms, a transaction, an account decision, or a settled wager, contact funcity33 support with your username, the relevant transaction or bet reference, the date of the event, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send your password or full payment credentials.
funcity33 will review complaints using available account logs, payment records, game data, and market settlement information. Players should raise concerns promptly so that relevant records can be examined efficiently.
